My Persuasive Writing

Dear Mr Willy Wonka ,

I wish to apply for the Manager of the Cadbury Chocolate Factory,

I have had great experiences working with chocolate because I know how to make it.
Also the best kind of chocolate that most people love is dark chocolate peppermint.

Next if you let me work here we will get lots of money because of my yummy , scrummy chocolate that I make.

Lastly I will show up at the right time and I would be willing to work over time without extra pay because I am that kind of a person.

In conclusion I feel that I am the best person for this job .

How to deal with a Charging Bull

1. Don't approach or annoy an angry bull .
2. Don't run away it is possible not really help unless you can find an open door that you could run to, a fence so that you quickly jump over or another different safe haven . Because bulls can easily outrun humans .
3. If you can't find another safe haven remove your shirt , hat or another piece of clothing . Bulls don't naturally go for red they mostly react to big movements not just colours .
4. If a bull starts to charge at you remain still and calm try not to do big movements then throw your shirts or hats away from you .

Inquiry 2011

Hi there for Inquiry for this term I have decided to do Drama , I like drama because you can get do have a lot of cool  experiences . The Elements of Drama are : Focus , Time , Role , Action , Tension & Space. The Techniques In drama are : Voice & Movement  , there are also another few things like Gesture and Facial Expressions . In Focus for one of the elements are Main idea or theme of the drama here is an example Big bad wolf chases Little red riding hood  , Roll is which is who is playing the characters here is a example  little red riding hood and Miss Stewart , Tension Pinoceous nose gets longer every time he lies  , Space I'm out side in a garden . My favourite part about drama is getting to do lots of different plays and skits a skit is a type of play but it's only a few minutes and a play is normaly 5-10 minutes long depending on the type of play it is . I can't wait to talk about some more drama stuff I will inform you a wee bit later about whats happening because i have an amazing supprise to tell you soon but I can't say just yet so Bye for now . :)

Pet Day 2011

Hi everyone on the 7th of November it was Myross Bush School Pet day . Pet day is all about having fun and bringing your pets along . This year I brought my hen, her name is Lucy she is a red shaver hen . My friend Jaimee brought her dog Sam she is a Border Collie. My favourite bit about pet day was all the interisting animals that were brought like somebody brought a pig and it was massive .

Lego Animations

Hi every one Nicole here again last term we had made saftey towns and this term we have put them to use by making a lego animation with them .  The people in myb group are Jaimee , Devon S-H and me (Nicole) .We are making a film about a horse who makes the animals in the other pen at the petting zoo come out and the animals hurts all the people and then at the end the horse admits that she made the animals all come out of their pens .The value is showing Honesty with means always tell the truth and be honset we you have been told to be . Term 3 Science

Well hello everybody I am here with my best friend her name is Kirsten . This term we are doing Science for our inqury so far we have been to room 7 and we were doing heat we did  vinagar and baking soda we also had a candle and when we lighted the candle and un did the lid on a container we put it beside the candle and the candle went out . When we in room 6 we were doing a heluim ballon and we filled it with water and then Oscar shook it up and the water went out of the ballon and then he got the floor wet and a little bit got him wet . When we wer in room 5 we did coke and mentos we went outside we undid the lids on the coke and put for mentos in the coke and then the coke exploded it was really cool .  We haven't gone to room 8 yet put we will probably do something cool in room 8 is well I hope I get to blow up some things very soon . The holidays

Well hello every one well last week on wendsday I got up at 4:00 in the morning because we were going to wellington for my aunties vow renuil and well we were up there i got some new clothes i got a stripe one , a giraffe one & an all smiles one . I also went to Smiggle I got a big and little book , a maze pen , a giraffe pencill , a giant paper clip & a licorce rubber . when we were coming home I asked dad if we could stop in Duniden to go to Smiggle there is well  he  said yes so we went to smiggle there and i got a pink sheep rubber , a pink penguin rubber & a yum yum duck rubber . I have also made a little smiggle club up so if you have smiggle or if you would just like to play with smiggle and smell them then just ask me and i might say yes . So bye for now . :) :) :)  i also got a high lighters pack is well .

Moffet Cup Practise

Hello well we have all been practising for the Moffet Cup oh and the only people that are doing it are years 3-6 . There are rippa rugby , tackle rugby & netball . I play netball my favourite places are : GA (goal attack ) , C (center) , & GS ( goal shooter ) . I am not sure when the big day is but I will fill you in the day before the day and after is well and If I was you I think I would love to be doing one of these so if you would like to give me advise or anything else then just add a comment . Life Education

Hello well yesterday my class (room 7 ) went to the life education class that is a bus  and we were learning about who we  are and what is speacil  about us and that no one else has the same things as we do . We also learnt about body parts and there was a doll named Taz and when the made her they forget to put skin on her so she was naked and we also learnet about the vains , your heart , your liver , behinde your rib cage  but I can't rember what it was called , lungs & some other things but I can't rember what they were . When she said we had  to stand up we all stood up  and then she said that we had to jump around so we jumped to the other side and when we all did that the classroom moved and rocked it was really fun and we also learnet that the biggest mussle in your body is your bottem . Second Day back at School

Hi it's Nicole here I just wanted to say how my second day back at school is . Well for starters it is good to see my freinds and to also to see my wonderful teacher . Also I am excited about Netball I have played it for 4 years nearly 5 .

Holidays

Hi it's Nicole and I just wanted to say how my  Holidays are going so far . Well I was hopping that we would be going to Wanaka again but mum has to work at the Invercargilll Working Mens Club and dad has to do hay and balage and delivering it and last but not least my brother Ryan has to work  so that is why we aren't going to Wanaka this Easter .

The Rain Poem

I can see my face in the ground , cold breeze  very quiet all around it smells like wet concrete  and feels like ice hanging from a branch every body warm and toasty in their homes or at school . If only it was snowing every thing is wet nothing to do except make a poem about the rain . My hands are freezing cold so I rub them together to keep them warm  . Epals

Hi today we learn't  about  Epals they are people from  all over the world and the are a school and we email them about  ourself and then it goes to our teacher then their teacher then them it sounds really cool .  We are also learning about Kiwiana  icons and making paper mache .
